I think it sounds okay. The reason is that eventhough it ends in the same letter, it doesn't rhyme. Just when you say the first and last name, I would clearly enunciate the -AS and -IS endings if I were you.
But when you say all three names, it's not as important to emphasize the difference, b/c you have Richard to break it up.
Usually, I recommend avoiding the doubled ending sounds, but I think this, if you really love the name, is an acceptable combination. It's not as bad as some others I've heard and, if clearly enunciated sounds pretty good!
Silas is a great name! I like the sound of things when you put first, middle and last names together but I have to say that Silas and Curtis alone is a little off putting to me.

My married name has the same thing going on ... Ashley Hackney and I hate it. Although I think is-is is better then ey-ey. But if you and your DW are comfortable with it and love it then who cares?
It doesn't sound offensive, I wouldn't automatically think (OH god that poor kid)... but phonetically there may be a better match.

Silas is a great name, and there are so many worse names/combos than Silas with your last name.
If you love Silas, I would use it.
Ditto. I like the name and don't think it's too rhymey. It sounds like a very strong name

Sorry!
Do not like it at all. Silas Richard doesn't flow and I don't like either of the names. Sorry :-)
