I'm looking at the Breastflow starter set. I have no idea what a "snap-to-bottle" container is or what it is used for...does anyone have this? If so, can you explain it to me? TIA.

I've never even heard of this brand! Off to Google it
Me thinks it is that light blue thing... Looks like it snaps on to the bottom of the bottle? You can probably put powder formula in it and keep it separate from the water to mix later or something?

After you Google, tell me if I should really buy these or not. I wrote about our "adventures in supplementing" (or lack thereof), and was thinking I would try these instead of the Tommee Tippee bottles. She'll definitely get bottles when I go back to work, but that will be at least another 4-6 weeks.

I've never seen these... They look interesting. Though they also look like a pain to clean
Can you buy a single bottle? I have found that to be the best way to try something.

Yep. I'm getting ready to do just that. Single bottle, brest friend replacement cover, and Carlson D drops. I love online shopping!!

Not sure if it's the same, but the Soothie bottle kits used to come with a container for formula that snapped on the bottom of the bottle - so you could fill the bottle with water and pre-measure your formula and then mix them when ready. It was all contained in one "bottle" in your bag.
I don't think they still make Soothie bottles, but it could be similar. The last time I saw Soothies was before all the BPA stuff started when I was pg the first time (2007).
I used them with DD for one day. She would not take a bottle at all for months and finally I was going back to work and had to get her to take something. My mom finally got her to accept this bottle and it was a mess to clean and would collapse the longer she would suck. I did see a three pack at Marshalls this week for $2.99.
I found Playtex Dropins with the latex nipple to be as acceptable to DD and much easier to deal with.
