I had a sharp cramp on my left side beginning on Monday which I sort of wrote off as a pulled muscle, but it never let up. I finally decided yesterday to go in and see my OBGYN. I suspected a UTI that morning and I was right. I had 2 with DD - one of which turned into a kidney infection and I had to be hospitalized at 25 weeks. 

Just a reminder to listen to your body and go in when you "know" something isn't right. Hope all is well with you lovelies!
