I'm having an awful day.

I have already broken down at my desk a few times and can not wait to leave today.

So today is Kids at Autodesk day. Woot Woot I get to see all these people bring in their wonderful kids to my job that I have 18 days left at. So to make it even worse, the girl that sits in the same cube as me has 8 months old little girl who's sitting in her baby seat... 2 feet from me. On top if it the girl just proudly boasted she got a job I interviewed for and didn't get apprenly..a nd she just signed her life away to them for $50K a year.

I am so unhappy right now I feel like such a failure. I can't find a job that pays more than $13 and apprenly I can't have kids.

How is it only 11:30 in the morning..

    Aww hunny that does sound rough. I'm so sorry! At least lunch is coming up soon so you can get some "liquid help" .

    I'm sorry you are having a tough day.  Could you fake sick and leave to avoid the kids at least?

    You are not a failure.

    You have had a lot of sh*tty stuff happen the last few years. Everything feels like it's crashing.

    It will not. You CAN do this. You are strong and have made it through so much.

    You might not right away, but you will find work. And my hope is that it will pay the bills, allow for saving AND be fulfilling.

    I'm sorry everything feels sucky right now. *Ginormo HUGS*

    Gah, I HATE crappy days.  I'm so so sorry!!!  Maybe the 8-month-old will spit up while said girl is cooing at her and holding her overhead, with mouth open to coo, of course...

    And if it makes you feel any better, I'm having a hard time finding a job too.  Bleh.
