My nurse assures me she's seen babies come from this, but I was wondering if you girls have any stories to share that can hold me over for the long weekend?!?
I've been praying for you. I am so happy for you! I'm certain there will be some low beta success stories on here, just need a good rise which I'm sure you'll have! So exciting!!!
Oh Tab, so happy for you...congratulations!!!!! I don't have experience with low betas but I'm sure there are many success stories on this board and on SAIF.

I don't have a success story to share, but I know smilee had beta hell problems, as did wiscgirl and a few other regulars around these parts. Keep faith and God in your heart. This is your cycle!!!
my beta was higher than that at that point, so i don't have any good stories, just want to say that i'm thrilled for you and (i'm sure people keep telling you this) it's the rate of increase that matters, not the absolute level.
praying that this is your sticky baby, and praying that the weekend goes fast for you!

TTC since 3/07 -
I'm 16.5 weeks now and started with a super low beta (even lower than yours)....at 10dp5dt, I was 23.7. I more than doubled every 48 hours....12dp5dt was 58.7, 14dp5dt was 191 and then I hit 1,337 5 days later. Even so, I've been nervous about this pg given how low I started (still haven't added a ticker!) but I have to say (cross my fingers) things have been good so far...I had a great NT scan and had an amnio (am young but given my IF issues, egg quality and low initial beta felt this was important for security) this week. I'm still waiting for the full panel results but initial FISH results from amnio were normal.
My acupuncture dr thinks I just had a late implanter but the first few weeks were quite a ride. GL!
Last year my LMP was Sept 21 and it wasn't until Oct. 26 that I got a positive test with an hcg of 12. 48 hours later it was in the 70s. Many wonderful wishes for you
Re: Really low beta success stories?

Wow-congratulations!
My first beta at 7dp5dt was 21. At 9dp5dt it was 27. I had steady doubling beta's after those first 2.
It can happen and I really hope you continue to get nothing but good news!

Every beta starts at 1
I hope you just have a late implanter!
13DPO is pretty early for a beta! I think you have a fair shot missy. I've definitely seen low betas turn to healthy pregnancies...
Good luck! Can't wait for your update
