Round ligament pain...I've found that if I lift a knee toward my stomach a little bit before I cough hard or sneeze it helps a lot. Last week I was laying flat on the bed and sneezed and then screamed at the pain. Definitely crunch yourself in a bit, I really helps me.
A possibility was born the day you were born and will live as long as you live.

Ah yes, the lovely ovary explosion. One of my personal faves, causing me to shriek in our quiet office immediately after sneezing. I am definitely going to try the knee trick above! Thanks OP for asking, as I wasn't sure WHAT to do other than pray I didn't sneeze for the next nine months!

Good ol' RLP. You will definitely learn that you have to either bend over or somehow bring your knee towards your chest when coughing, sneezing, and sometimes when laughing. I got so used to it with DS, I still caught myself doing it after giving birth.

I'm SO happy to hear that everyone else has this. I sneezed this week and grabbed my side in pain. I was a little worried but figured it was just ligament pain.
In other news, I heard baby's heart beat today!! I'm on cloud nine!
