One of my close friends has a co-worker who is being removed from life support this afternoon. It hits close to home because she's only 35 and the mother of 3 beautiful girls under the age of 10. She discovered just a few weeks ago that she had severe mitral valve regurgitation. She'd been ignoring some signs and thought she was just really tired, we've all been there right?? She went into surgery on August 13th and complications followed. The most recent EEG shows no brain activity.
I don't know them but my heart breaks for them. I can't imagine leaving my husband alone with the girls in just 2 years from now.
Nestie dust and prayers for their family would be greatly appreciated.
I'd post a link to their journal but I don't have permission to and you'll just end up crying your eyes out like I have. I think I'm going to go take a nap with the girls in my bed. Just this once. Much love to all my nesties.
Re: Can I get Nestie Dust for a friend? (sad)
How sad.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and your friend. It's a strange day, really. I just read on my FB news feed about another friend of a friend who passed away today.
