baby's head down already?

I just posted this on the 2nd tri board but meant to post it here. 

The baby was already head down at my cervix....isn't it early for that?  U/s tech didn't say anything about it but I was wondering if anyone else had the same thing.

    That's probably just how it was chilling out today, by coincidence.  As long as you're 'floating' it's normal.

    Yea, Marley was head down at first, then did a flip flop and was breach.  U/s tech said that she will flip flop around several times a day and its totally normal.

    My tech said the same thing. Position doesn't really matter right now, because they have lots of room and time to move and change positions breech or not.

    My baby was hanging out by my cervix yesterday during my scan too. Pissed the ultrasound tech off because the baby didn't want to move around for some of the pics. I had to walk around and be shifted all sorts of ways on the table to get the baby to leave that area.

    Mine was moving all over the place during my u/s.  I'm sure it was down at some point.
    I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...

    Our little guy was down at an angle with his head near my left leg and his legs pointing to my right arm. But like pp's said, with all that room they will flip around until they get bigger.

    my baby was head down today. when I was pg with ds he flipped head down to head up quite a few times before setting into head down and staying that way at 34 weeks. (I had a lot of u/s due to GD which is why I knew his position every week in 3rd tri)
