Well today was my conference call with the doctor and I have some answers.
* My right tube has a hydrosalpinx, is dilated and needs removed.
* The left tube has a constriction and that he feels he can repair to optimize it's potential. It also has SIN, salpingitis isthmica nodosum, which is kinda like diverticulitis in your tube. There are all kinds of cracks & crevices which make the chances of having an ectopic pregnancy much much higher.
* There is scar tissue on my uterus, possibly from my D&C, possibly from my endometriosis. Either way, it must be removed
So tomorrow they are going to schedule me for surgery to clean up my insides. Then we will begin injectibles. He said my best chances would be IVF, but its just not in the budget and injectibles are covered by insurance so we are gonna give it a try first. The doc said his biggest concern is another tubal pregnancy. This was a lot of information to take in, but I feel so relieved that we have a plan!!!! The doc seems to think we have a good chance of making this happen it's just gonna take some work.
If any of you ladies have had similar issues or have any advice I'd love to hear it. I just feel excited that we are moving forward.
