Somethings not kosher here...help

hey ladies,

Just wondering if anyone was feeling this way or if anyone new what would cause this?? so ive had this dull throbbing headache since last night (i usually got migranes with my first pregnancy so not worried bout that part) but my body is completely killing me. i feel like i got hit by a sledgehammer or something. ive got alot of pain all across my shoulders, stabbing feelings in my uterus and my lower back is killing me sometimes i can barely get up and everytime i take a step i whince in pain....dont know if its just stress or something else.....

    I am going through similar problems. I have headaches all the time, and a pain down my right arm which I think may be a pinched nerve, and my lower back is killing me!!!!!  I take tylenol but it doesn't help!!!

    went to the doc....he said nothing to be concerned about just to take tylenol and if i want he could refer me to a pregnancy chiropractor.....
