present for sibling from new baby???

I am scheduled for a c-section on Sept. 8 and was wondering about gift ideas for my 4 year old son from his new sister.  I am starting to get things together but am stumped on what to get for him from a newbie.  Any ideas??  He is 4 and is all boy!!!!!!!!!  :)

    we bought our dd a tshirt that said big sister, she was so excited to wear it.  she also got a baby and some balloons.  (she loves balloons and it was easy to get at the hospital that afternoon) 

    one more thing we did to include our dd that she LOVED doing was give her the chocolate cigars to pass out to everyone at the hospital after baby arrived.  she beamed while doing this!

    We just did a regular toy (nothing sentimental)...it was a gearation set.

    We had older DD give the baby a kaloo rabbit.

    We also just got him regular toy, singing Brobie from Yo Gabba Gabba....funny he now seems to dislike that show...lol.

    I asked this question a little while ago and got the Big Brother/Big Sister shirt responses as well as a you.  Someone also said a DVD or coloring books.  Basically things for him to do that will keep him occupied while you are working with baby.  My kids have the Leapster so I was thinking about buying them a new game or something as well.

    Just a regular toy. Honestly, she didn't really care and I don't know that it registered that it was from her baby brother. But then everyone that gave us a present for DS gave one to DD too, so she had plenty of new toys to celebrate her new big sister status. She was much more interested in picking out a toy for the baby and talked about that a lot longer than what he gave her.
