mucus plug question

I'm sure this has been asked, but I haven't been able to bump for a while...

I think I just lost my mucus plug...I've read that it's reddish/brownish, but how much is it?

    It's different for everyone.  I lost mine in pieces after my water broke.  You may lose yours all at once, or you may lose it in pieces over several hours or even days.

    This has nothing to do with mucus plugs but I noticed your name and was wondering if you were in Preble County. I live here and know several teachers at Shawnee.

    Nope. I had never actually even heard of Preble County, but I just looked it up on the map! lol. I'm in Scioto (where Shawnee is)...not too far away I guess!
