those who got pg with IUI/low sperm count

Hi, I had my first IUI today and DH's count was only 200,000 after washing.  His SA was normal so I'm shocked about this low number.  I'm just wondering what your DH's count was when the IUI worked for you.  TIA!
TTC since 4/2009 I'm 30, DH is 33
Stage IV endo on ovaries
IVF 6/2011- 14 eggs, 12 mature, 6 fertilized, 2 transferred, 0 frosties

    2 IUIs didn't work for us.  Our pre count before wash for IUI was supposed to be 12-14mil based on sperm analysis, but I think the nurse told us we had 3mil - can't remember if that was before or after.  We had to do IVF.  After wash, I don't remember, but I do remember her saying she knew it wouldn't work with that number. 

    Ironically, we got pg on our own twice after IVF (we lost that baby due to other reasons), but I am thinking DH's sperm count increased.
