I saw this on regretsy.com today and couldn't resist sharing.

My favorite part -
"These are essential teaching tool for any health care giver in the perinatal field."
I don't know about you guys, but if I went to a health care giver in the perinatal field and they busted out crocheted reproductive organs (along with an extremely creepy looking newborn), I would be beyond weirded out. Especially if I found out they spent $225 on them. LOL!
Re: Anybody want a crocheted placenta?
quick ladies! only one in stock!
I actually don't find this that odd or creepy....
My mom has something similar. She mainly uses it when a client has young kids and they want to see what is going on/will go on during a prenatal. (She certainly didn't pay that much $ for it)
I was about to say, what happened to your SN? lol
i saw it too, and personally i think it's awesome! i certainly wouldn't pay that much for it, but i think it's a great idea.
but then, i also 'ate' my placenta. after making sure our photographer got some great photos of it.
