Help-Biting!!!

DD recently started biting when she gets mad. I don't know what to do to stop her. HELP!!

    LO is doing this too, and it isn't just when he is mad... and it REALLY hurts.  For that reason alone I want him to stop, but add in that I don't want him biting his friends and I am pretty worried.  I usually say "Ow" sharply and have even flicked his cheek and said "don't bite"  This ALWAYS results in a total melt down and crying-which is hard because then I want to console him....  sigh.  So far he is still biting, but maybe not as often?
