  Yay for a great night for those precious babies!!!

  make sure she stays on top of the pain meds - it will help w/ the C-section pain - and the walking will really help her.  I know she's so anxious to get in with the babies but make sure she rests so she can keep up the great mommy work!  

  If pumping makes her nipples sort - Lansinoh Lanolin is amazing stuff...and when her milk comes in a good sturdy nursing bra (my fav is the bravado body silk bras) will be a godsend.
