Is there a type of diaper that works best for baby boys? Miller's diapers have been leaking a lot. We put him in size 2 diapers thinking that he was outgrowing the size ones, but I'm not sure yet? I really just want the late night leaks to stop.
A friend of mine swore by either pampers or luvs when her little boy was a baby. I know Aubrey isn't a boy, but we used pampers swaddlers until she outgrew those sizes and now we use Huggies and don't have any problems..I just wasn't keen on using the "new" cruisers. I have also heard good things about the Target brand but I have never tried them.
We went through this. The Swaddlers worked well when he was very small, but they started leaking and Huggies were worse. We started using Target brand and haven't had a leak since (knock on wood). Even on nights where he sleeps through the night (rare) on his belly...we have a happy boy and dry crib when he wakes up. Can't recommend them enough!
We started out in swaddlers, then moved to Target brand. We have used Pampers, Huggies, and Luvs along the way...and he has leaked through all of them at one time or another. Do you make sure it's pointing down?
We switched to the Huggies Snug & Dry and haven't had any leaks, which we did have with the Pampers Swaddlers and Huggies Snugglers. The Pampers extra protection (12-hr ones) and the Target ones are great, but don't have the elastic band in the back to prevent poop from running up his back. We also always point his pee pee down.
Leelee - Target brand has elastic in the back now.
We don't have a boy, but we had awful leaks with all of the Huggies brands -- they just never fit her right. We had her in Pampers Swaddlers until she outgrew those and then we've used Pampers Baby Dry, Luvs, and the Target brand -- all without issues. We mostly buy Target brand now because they have elastic in the back and that keeps everything contained in the diaper when she has a blow out!
LeeLee - most Target diapers DO have the elastic now, but there are still some jumbo packs without them. But every value box I've bought has the elastic. I don't like the non-elastic kind either
Re: What kind of diapers work good for boys?
What kind are you using on him?

ETA: Leaked through all of them except Target
