I have 3 weeks off work, and I resolved to do one new thing with him each day before I go back. In thinking about things to do, I kept getting excited about all these things he's really still too young for---going to the zoo, the dinosaurs exhibit that's in town, pumpkin patches and petting zoos, etc. If this is your first, when are you going to start taking your LO to stuff like this? Do you think its wayyy too young to try to take him to the zoo?
TIA!
Re: Taking a 4 Month Old to the Zoo??
Heck no. I know Evelyn would love the zoo. She's very observant and loves to look at our dog, and the trees outside. Will she "get it" 100% Probably not. But she'd have a good time and its fresh air!
And we fully plan on taking her to a pumpkin patch this Fall.

We are members so it's something we do very often, usually about once a week. I always took them places though, I wasn't one of those "must keep the baby inside and protected" mothers. They've been to stores, malls, the zoo, the pool, the park, the pumpkin patch, etc, all at what some would probably say is too early of an age. As long as YOU are comfortable taking your LO to these places, it's absolutely fine. I think the exposure and socialization does nothing but good things for them (but that's just me!). Just don't expect a reaction from him
