Any experience with Mirena IUD? Getting mine today!

I'm having a Mirena IUD inserted today- anyone else have one? I'm 10 weeks postpartum.

    I don't but my sister has one and she loves it... I also have another friend that got one recently and she said that it does not hurt or anything when they put it in.

    My sister has also, and didnt care for it. It has some risk of miscarriage (why she took hers out). I worked at an OBGYN before I became pregnant and we had a lot  of patients who got it, and loved it. I guess its just a personal decision. GL

    I got mine this morning.  A little uncomfortable going in but not bad.  I just have  a little bleeding and cramping now.

    I got one after my first baby and I really liked it.  It didnt hurt when they put it in or took it out.
