Good places to lunch with LO?

I'm looking for some low-key, kid-friendly places around Baltimore to lunch with friends and LO.  Any advice is appreciated!

Re: Good places to lunch with LO?

  • We have luck @ Panera, so long as it's not packed- only issue is that you have to go back up to pick-up your food, which I am now finding difficult to do w/ 2.

Also I don't know if there are any other locations but we do well at California Pizza Kitchen and Cheesecake Factory.  I just had lunch @ the Nordstrom Cafe w/ my mom & 2 kids this past Friday and they have a kids' menu, crayons, etc.

  • My mom always jokes that DS's favorite restaurant is Noodles.  Not that he eats food yet, but our first "outing" was there with him when he was a few weeks old and there was a little girl there celebrating her first birthday with her parents and they told us it was her favorite restaurant.  :)  So my mom decided it would be DS's too.

Not sure where you are located, but we go to Martha and Mary's in Reisterstown sometimes and it is super kid friendly.  And good food!

  • The Hamilton Diner has a very nice kids play area and yummy food.  The Stone Mill Bakery in Greenspring Village used to have a little kids area but I haven't been there in years so I don't know if its still there.
