Anyone else feel stares?

So, my MIL has always been a little bit strange...she tends to stare at you at random times and maybe she doesnt realize she does it but it's so annoying to me and always has been.  Since we've told her about the pregnancy I find her staring at me all the time.  I seriously want to tell her to stop looking at me.  It's so annoying...anyone else get this?

    My MIL is like this too, she's always been this way; the same amount now that I'm pregnant. I just accept it as that is how she is - what can you do?

    I notice that my coworkers stare a lot.  Every time I'm in my main office (I'm there about once a week) I feel like everyone stares at my belly as they pass me in the hallway or if I'm having a conversation with them, like they are trying to see how much I've grown without openly talking about it.

    I get a couple of stares. People always think I look a lot younger than I am, like 10 or 11 years younger (therefore they think I'm 17 or 18) so now that I'm showing I think people believe I'm 17 or 18 and pregnant so they are looking at me like "tsk tsk". I want to go yell at them and be like "I'm 28! I'm old enough to have a kid without you wondering what the heck is going on!"

    Luckily at work I don't get many stares because my uniform is pretty baggy on me, but when I'm off-duty in my civilian clothes... It might be paranoia, but I always have the feeling that people at looking at me going "Wow! She used to be so thin... what happened?" or "I wouldn't be wearing a shirt that tight if I had a belly..."

    Can you tell I don't feel that I look obviously pregnant yet?

    Isn't that annoying!?!?!? I've had people ask me if I'm 17 too! When I got married and was getting my dress altered, a lady actually asked me "Excuse me, are you even old enough to get married??" Are you kidding me!?!? I want to yell at them too and say "NO! I'm not a teen in trouble!"
