Why?

in TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

I've been asking myself that a lot lately. Both DH and I come from big families. I am one of 7 and he is one of 10. There was never any question that we wanted a big family of our own. Eight was the number we decided on. With each passing month though, I feel more and more like that will never happen and I want to know why. All of our siblings are popping out kids. Why can't we? My oldest brother just had number 4 (they only planned on 3 but suprise was what he told me). Why can't it be that easy for us? All I've ever wanted was to be a mom. Why is it so hard for me to make that dream a reality? Why? Why? I just can't understand any of it and it sucks.

By the way, my name is Mia. I've mostly been posting in TTCAL but I've been lurking here more and more lately and I think I may start spending more time here. So hello to all!

    I could have sworn I already replied, but I'm not seeing it.  I wouldn't be surprised if the bump ate my post.

    Welcome to the board.  I'm sorry you have to be here.  I had a really hard time with the 'whys' after my 2nd loss.  It's something that we may never know, so try not to let it get to you.  I know it's hard, but for your own sake.  GL!
