It's Official!

Hayden will NOT be going to daycare!

I wish I could tell you it is because I will be staying home, but it's not.  You may remember my situation that I wrote about the other day...that MIL & DH's neice were going to watch her, but that did not work out. 

I really thought I was destined to have to bring her to the daycare in my school.  Which is not that bad- I would have been able to go nurse her, not have to make a separate stop on my way to work, but I still felt like she was going to be in a cattle line of babies with the state's 1:4 adult to child ratio. 

DH's aunt & cousin have come forward to offer to watch her...and it seems like a match made in heaven.  DH's aunt will come here 3 days a week, and my MIL will watch her here the other 2 days until she goes to Florida in October.  At that point, DH's cousin will watch her those two days at her house with her 4 & 1 year-olds.  I know there are ALWAYS going to be things to complain about no matter if family watches her or daycare, but at least I now know that she will be with someone who loves her & she will not be fighting for attention from other infants or sharing (too many) germs.  Most days she will even be one-on-one with someone in her own home!
