Anyone with negative amino results

Has anyone that chose to have genetic testing like amnio have negative results, as in positives for downs syndrome?

    I know that when I was looking into genetic testing I was worried about how I would cope with negative results.  I googled Sara Palin to find out how she dealt with the situation.  There are a couple of good articles out there where she explains how she reacted to her amnio results.  I hope this helps.

    my guess would be that the majority in this age group opting for an amnio and got a positive result probably would not still be on this board.

    We found out a year ago from our amnio that our son had Ds.  It was difficult news to take, but after we made it through the sadness we were able to be better prepared for the rest of our pregnancy and his birth.

    Egg retrieval 2/27 - 27 eggs, 24 mature, 19 fertilized
