    I thought I remembered you saying you found the chicken parmesan bake recipe online or youtube, something like that.

    Well, yeah, I did find the chkn parm bake recipe on youtube, but someone on here gave the idea for it.  Anyway, here it is:

    The chicken was really yummy!  Especially the topping!  Mmm...those crutons soak up the sauce and the cheese gets all gooey...yum!  The only thing I will do differently next time is to cut the breasts in half so they are thinner.  We don't like eating big, thick chicken breasts...they are just too chicken-y.  They were tender though!

    I had the chicken parm idea :)  I made it last week also, and we are having leftovers tonight...so yummy!

    The Hobo Dinner came from PreppyPenelope.
