Looking for PT Nanny

Does anyone know of a great nanny looking for part time work possible full time work? I am in Chicago near UIC and have a 3 month old. I have looked at some webistes but there fees are very expensive to join. If anyones knows someone please let me know. TIA!

    Neighborhood Parents Network is a good resource.  There are lots of other moms on there who will recommend their previous nanny.
