Our top 4 (of which we are on waiting lists for) are:
First Baptist
Immanuel
Growing Room
Creative Learning (Southwood)
If you go to the DCF website, you can do a search by county and/or by zip code. You can also filter by who provides infant care. There aren't a lot of places that will provide infant care, but once LO is 1 year, there are a TON more options. And, we only looked into centers, we didn't look into any home day care options (we weren't really interested in home care for various reasons).
I have a child at Growing Room off of Centerville, he is moving to the one off of Thomasville Road this week since this is more convenient for us. I really like the front office staff and the teachers have been great.
Re: Tallahassee Child Care Options
My DH & I interviewed/toured 7 places.
