ticker help

am still having trouble getting the ticker up despite following the directions. shouldn't be and doesn't look complicated but why is it not showing?

thanks for the help. I always got to that point but never knew what to do with that code. It seems more sensible that it automatically gets generated than to have to paste the code into the signature box. but, it's working now!
