TTC After a Loss 6 Months+

Do you agree with FF?

I think my O date may be a little earlier than it's showing.  I ran out of OPK's and didn't get more since I'm supposed to be on a break anyway.  I didn't temp on CD23 since I was drinking all day the day before so it wouldn't have been accurate anyway.  Our timing would have been much better if it's a little earlier.

I'm so torn about wanting a BFP this cycle.  I'm terrified that I would have another loss and I think that will then exclude us from the IVF trial.  Of course I would love it if I could avoid IVF altogether though.  I have a feeling our timing isn't good enough anyway so I probably don't have to worry about it.

Re: Do you agree with FF?

  • FF sometimes was not helpful to me.

We ended up just committing to BDing every other day or more, which worked out pretty well. I got pg 3 times in 17 months, which my OB said was really good for someone with PCOS.

I don't know the answer, but it would be great if you could get KU "the old fashioned way". So chase around that boy of yours! LOL

Good luck, and I hope we hear great news soon.

  • It could be CD 22, but it's hard to tell with the missing temp...it seems like some times your temps don't jump straight away.

I hope you can avoid the IVF, but I'm really happy you have it there as an option if you do need it. ::hugs::

  • Thanks - my charts seem to be weird since I have gone off the meds.  I have to admit that I didn't stick to a good sex schedule this month either since I wasn't sure about wanting a BFP.  TTC sucks.
