Cora is nms, and Kora is even more nms. It's not a bad name, just not one I particularly like very much (especially with a K, it just looks wrong to me).

same as everyone else. Cora is a lovely name - I have at least one, if not a couple, friends who have named a child Cora.

I just had a friend name her DD Cora, it is a beautiful name. It seems that this board is less friendly to uniquely spelled names so Kora won't be popular. I think it is okay depending on your last name, yeah I see the trendy reason the Kardashians are all spelled with a K and it really doesn't bother me.

I really like Cora. My great-grandmother's name was Ora and I will need to remember this one for when DH and I have a baby. Cora would be a great nod towards my great-grandmother's memory. Thanks!
