Funny house hunting story

My younger brother is currently looking to purchase a house so I hooked him up with my agent and today we went out looking at some properties. My agent is fantastic and had all of the appointments perfectly lined up for us. He only had trouble booking one because the guy works shift work and was hard to get intouch with but he finally called back to book and confirm the appointment for 1ish today. At around that time we showed up and he unlocked the door. Since there was a car in the drive the agent knocked and then opened the door and said Hello loudly. It seemed like there wasn't anyone home until he came from the back of the house laughing and whispered "there is a grown man sleeping on the bed in his underwear....they are tighty whiteys and I just got a nut shot." We all agreed that we should leave quickly and quietly....This is one way NOT to sale your house. lol
