OPK result / fertility question

This may be a dumb question, but...I got a positive OPK on Thursday and a positive OPK on Friday....and it's negative today. Have I already ovulated? Or is there still a chance to conceive? Just wondering if we need to try again tonight :-)

    You O around a day after your positive OPK. If you want to be able to pinpoint more exact, you should start charting. GL.

    Maybe, maybe not!  It just all depends on your metabolism.  Go ahead and 'hump it out'. :)  I hope this is your cycle, but if not, look into charting at Fertility Friend to help confirm ovulation after it happened. GL!

    It is possible to get a + OPKs for a couple days in row.  OPKs tell you that you may ovulate in the next 12 to 36 hours but they won't tell you for sure if you ovulated.  The only way to know whether or not you ovulated is by observing your temperature through charting.  Charting will help you pin point when you ovulated and can take a lot of the guess work out of whether or not you are still in the fertile window and need to keep having sex.  I recommend checking out fertility friend to get started with charting.  You can click on my ticker below or anyone else's ticker and sign up for free.  GL!

    I am charting, but it looks like I'm on a slow temperature rise....I haven't really seen a dip and a sharp rise.

    I agree, I don't think you Od yet, but that doesn't mean you won't. Keep having sex and using OPKs until you see your temp shift.

    Also, not everyone gets a dip before the rise.

    I got + opks on Thursday and Friday also. I am expecting that I am Oing today or tomorrow and will see a temp rise tomorrow morning or Monday morning. I usually get a day or two of - opks before the rise.
