Not really... Drink a boatload of water and eat a FiberOne bar. They have like, 35mg of fiber. It'll make you fart like crazy, but should make you poop too.

For some reason, DH swears by coffee. I've tried it and agree. This is if you are looking for a home remedy. He also says the same works with drinking a Coke Zero. I haven't tried that one, though. Good luck!
My doc says that I can take metamucil or any fiber supplement. They work great. Fiber One bars are good and have 35% of your daily fiber intake as well.

I eat two bowls of fiber one a day (almost 30 grams of fiber, you need 30-35 a day everyday) and drink a load of water. Fish oils (which you should be taking anyway) will help as they coat the intestine and make it slippery so things come out easier.
There is a product called fibresmart, you mix a powder in a drink a drink it fast. It's very grainy but it works. It has insoluble fiber which wont break down in the system and will scrape the inside of the colon and move thing along. It will take a day or two to work because it's not a laxative.
I have had no constipation issues the whole pregnancy, which I was worried about because I had pretty severe issues as a kid.
side note - fiber one bars have 5grams of fiber and that is only 35% of what you need a day.
I have only had a couple of times that this has been an issue, but I know how uncomfortable it can be. My midwife suggested Phillips (milk of magnesia) as being a safe relief option when taken with water, but you have to take preventative steps as well (fiber, water, walking, etc) to try to keep it from happening in the first place. The Phillips worked great for me.

The best thing that I have found is regular apple juice. I was having problems yesterday and I drank a big glass last night and had actually woke up 4 hours later and went just like normal.
Ask your doctor what his rec is but I have used Miralax as well as Benefiber. I had better luck with Miralax but I had severe issues early in pregnancy and was using it daily for a bit. My doctor says anything for the intestines like that isn't absorbed by baby so it should be fine but I would check with your dr just in case.
I've found success (and relief) by eating a prune or two each day and that keeps me from getting really backed up! It also helps to keep me from getting bad leg cramps b/c they are packed with potassium!
