Anyone having problems with avatar pic?

You  know the little picture that shows up above your bumpie-name when you post on the boards?  Well I wanted to change mine and it isn't working!!  Maybe I'm doing it wrong, so does anyone know how to change it?

    I'm not having any problems with my avatar pic.  Click on My Account link at the top right side of the page.  Click on Customize Profile, and then click on Edit Profile.  It should take you to a page to upload a pic for your avatar pic.  Hope this helps.

    your photo might be bigger than they allow or weird dimensions.
