Its been a week since I stopped pumping (was down to one session a day prior to that) and my left one hurts and is all lumpy.  What do I do?  I tried pumping just a few minuted but nothing came out.  I can manually express to get a little bit, but its not enough to ease the pain.  Colton can't nurse it out because I'm back on dairy and soy.  Whahhhh....
