Hi, I am new and found out last night, I am pregnant!

I am 4 weeks along, which is hard to believe since I know pretty much when we conceived!  But as I read last night, you date back to your last missed period, which I never new!

I have no idea what to do next -- I need to call my doctor and schedule an appointment, that is about all I know!

Any advice, best sites, books etc. appreciated!
