Well, the umbilical cord is gone

Her cord fell off this morning, but when it did, it was bleeding & oozing. I took her to the pedi. He said she had a granuloma, which is common when the cord is retained for so long. He cleaned it & cauterized it (and she screamed her head off). Hopefully she will have a normal belly button in a few days!
