are they trying to tell me...

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months
...they are ready to drop a nap? LOs take 3 naps a day usually 45 - 1 hour each.  Lately daycare can NOT get them to nap.  today DH was home with them and said they took a cat nap this am then passed out around 12:30 and slept until 2:30 when i got home.  problem is im afraid they wont make it to 7:30 for bedtime.  think they are ready to skip a nap? what age did you LO drop a nap?

    DS dropped his 3rd nap around 5 or 6 months old.  He has consistently been having 2 naps since then at 10:30 am and 3:30 pm and usually sleeps 1.5-2 hours both naps.

    D dropped a nap around 8-p months old. At home she take a 2 hours nap in the morning (around 10) and an hpur and a half in the afternoon around 3. Bedtime is 8:00pm

    At the daycare, her first nap is a 8:30 and the second at 12. there she never sleeps more than an hour., but at four she's tired so sometimes she gets a power nap, 15-20 minutes, and she make it until 8pm. When she doesn't nap, she's beyond cranky and we start her bath a little earlier, but  let her play in the tub for a while.
