Maggie hasn't peed in at least 14 hours. She usually stays dry overnight and sometimes into the middle of the morning, so when we took Owen to the pedi this AM and she hadn't peed yet I wasn't concerned. But she just woke from nap and still is dry. She isn't ill, vomiting or lethargic, just no pee. I've got a call into the pediatrician and we're giving her lots of liquids in the meantime.

Ready to rumble.
Re: would you be worried?
Ava was once running a 105 fever and had only peed once or twice (but didn't even soak the diaper) and her pedi said "If she has peed at all in 24 hours that is all we're looking for" (as far as hydration goes). They just recommended keeping the fluids going and to call if anything changed. I say this just to say that she is probably fine, not to say that you still shouldn't call your pedi.
ETA: And now I see that you already did.

Whenever Katie sweats a lot, she goes a long time without a wet diaper, even when it seems like she drinks a lot of water. When she cools down, she seems to soak a diaper though.
Glad Pee Watch 2010 is over.
Boys are built different (hello captain obvious), but Brandon's done this a few times. His lips are also chapped and he's had some strange poo habits. That was probably TMI, but I guess what I wanted to tell you is that when he finally does pee, it's buckets in the course of a few hours. So be on the lookout for some sopping diapers when she finally does pee... we're talking shorts wet within 45-60 minutes of the last diaper change.
Anyway, trust your mom gut, and if she's still not peeing enough, call the pedi back and pursue it.
