  I LOVED IT!!!!

  I was an "intern architect" hahaha for 5- years + and while on maternity leave was laid off bc well i make babies not build buildings .. also they even said they had no clue how i was going to be a mom of twins and be an architect so they were doing me a favor!!!! I worked in a very sexist office no women in management or even PM position. 

  So i made lemonade out of lemons and thought i will just get a part time position until rugrats are older.  I landed a job at a GC firm that i had worked with on projects in the past and i LOVE it.  I miss designing (a LOT) but i love being out in the field and yelling at all the men that think im just a pretty woman how could i know how a building goes together!!! Where are you located?  Feel free to PM me!

  oh PS ... i LOVE the photos of the architects a bunch of us at work one day googled architect and came up with the exact same photos.  How not real could those be!!!!!!

  This is awesome! I BF for a total of 32 months between my 2 kids, working FT, including at a client site, traveling, etc. It's amazing sometimes what I did related to BF, but SO glad I did it!
