    We buy ours from babylegs.com.  I also have a friend that sells them in her etsy shop that I've bought some from.

    I bought a pair from etsy.com, but from now on, my mom will make them. I buy funky little girl knee high length socks from Walmart or Target, cut the feet off and tug under a hem to be sewn. voila.
