Ok I know TMI, but if I am not suffering from m/s I am constipated. I am normally very regular and since getting pregnant have noticed a drastic slow down! I also am wondering if the Zofran I am taking for nausea is not helping the other issue. I was thinking of buying that Activia yogurt to see if that would help more naturally than some medication products. Has anyone done this?

It's all over the warnings. And many women here can attest to it, lol.
I'm taking 2 stool softeners for every Zofran. Plus eating 3-5 prunes/day and a couple teaspoons of Benefiber when I can handle drinking enough liquid to get it down. I'm going every day, but it's still not comfortable and not nearly as regular as I was pre-PG.
