Do you have a glider/rocker in LO's room?

Our glider stayed in the living room for a while & then went to DD's room. It's time to move it out to the living room for our new LO. I think that's more neutral than going straight to his room. I figured we can still rock her before bed or just lay on the floor in her room.

Of course, I'll replace it with toys & she can't be mad!

Yes, ours is in her room. We rarely used it her first 6 months - we basically stayed on the couch 24/7. Now we use it nightly to read stories before bed.

Like pp - it's in her room and we use it every night. We read books and rock to sleep. That is slowly being phased out though. We will be transitioning her to a big girl bed before the baby is born, and then we won't use the rocker at all.

Ours has always been in DS's room. Even if/when we have LO #2, it will stay in the nursery. I'm actually planning on getting a new (more comfy) glider before the next LO comes along.

Yes our glider is in DS's room. We have used it everyday since day one. We would do the middle of the night feedings in his room even when he slept in our room. Now we use it for story time every night.

We have always had the glider in her room. We rocked her there as a baby and now we read a book in it every night before bed.

Ours in in Zoie's room. If we have another lo, it will be in that baby's room.

Glider is in the nursery. When we were pregnant with DS we moved DD into her "big girl room" and left the nursery in tack. We put a different chair in her new room though. We like having a chair in her room, but it no longer needed to be a glider/rocker. IT was especially nice having a chair in her room when I was very pregnant, as it was uncomfortable to sit on her bed or floor for very long reading books, etc.
