PSA: BRU and TRU "closing" at Southcenter

I read this on one of my coupon blogs:

The Southcenter Tukwila Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us stores are both closing (re-locating as side-by-side stores to the old Linen and Things in Southcenter sometime in October).

Items were just marked down this past Sunday to 10-30% off. Here's the breakdown of discounts: Majority of items 10% off, apparel and movies 20% off, gift wrap 30% off. Diapers excluded from additional discount. They are still accepting returns made prior to 8/8. Purchases made after 8/8 are final sale.

Crap...my sis registered at BRU for a September shower. I guess people will be buying online or in Northgate. There is one in Northgate, right?

There's one in Lynnwood that is nice and big. Not sure about Northgate.

I wonder if you can stack their 20% off coupons on top of the discounts at those locations.

I was in BRU today and there is not very much good stuff left and the discounts are not worth it yet. They are closing at the end of September and will open Oct 3rd. No, you can't use any other coupons or discounts.

There's a TRU at Northgate. They have a baby section that's not huge, but decent.
