Re: Pregnant (& TTC) After Preemie Check-In!
lol! you sound like me. I've poas so many times. Yesterday I played the "is that a line or my imagination" game for almost 10 mins before giving up and deciding to test later. This morning very clear line! I'm not sure of my exact edd yet I'm thinking it will be around the 26 of April. I'm calling my mfm later today.
congrats clotho! how exciting!!!
good luck skypek. i know i'd be peeing every day (usually more than once, just in case!) starting at 9dpo.
i finished my femara on sunday. i have my follicle check on friday. i'm feeling optimistic about our new treatment course. we also found out that our RE might let us do injectibles without IUI (our insurance doesn't cover ART), so at least we have some options!
Do you know how many dpo you are? I'm the psycho with the IEDD (imaginary EDD), and it would be 4/28 if this cycle pans out (hey, FF told me so, I didn't go looking for this info! Though I probably would have if FF didn't tell me already...heh.), and I'm 6dpo, so if you were 4/26, that'd make you 8dpo?
Thanks! I think I can hold myself to only testing with FMU, but I think I'll be hard pressed to keep myself from peeing at least once a day. I asked over on 1st tri and it seems like most over there got bfp's with FRERs at 10dpo, but then the nagging pee-pusher in my head says "Well, maybe that's just the first day they tested!"
Will your insurance cover the inject meds? I personally prefer the injects to Clomid...more control, fewer side effects, and the needles really are nothing once you get through the first couple of shots.
according to ff I'm 10 dpo.
Hello ladies! Hoping for some BFP for you ladies this month!
I've never had to play the POAS game, but I can imagine I would handle it like ya'll-- peeing every day to see if its +/- .... LOL.
Update:
Last week, I spent most of the week in the hospital due to PTL, which they stopped and discharged me on Friday. Next growth is 8/17. MFM says at my 36 week appt (8/30) they will schedule my induction (for who knows when)!! My OB actually thinks I'll make it to the induction date.
I did the math out in my head, and if Addison is born at 36 weeks she may weigh 4lbs 11oz... My jaw just nearly dropped thinking that I am SO out of the woods with this pregnancy if I make it to that point! Still have three and a half weeks to go, but WOOOOOOO!
Congrats on the new BFP and good luck to our 2ww.
Update: Im taking a step back this month. The stress is starting to show up and im not liking how it looks on me. So im not going to temp this month. I may just do OPK since I have like 40 of the intenet cheapes but not sure yet. I just know that I dont want to be pregnant in the condition im in now.
Need help with high fat food ideas? Chunky Monkey
OMG, don't jinx it, luv!!!!! lol
*hugs*
Hope you and DH get to bow chicka wow wow when he's back in town ;-)
Thanks :+)
i *think* insurance will cover the injectibles. all they will tell me is that they cover infertility except IVF, IUI, etc. so i'd assume that counts??? hopefully! the needles don't bother me, and DH is very good at injecting. hopefully femara is our miracle drug and we won't have to think about this anymore!
Love the name Liam.
I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Don't you just hate screwing with insurance? The whole "We won't know it's covered until we submit it" thing is BS. They did that crap with me all the time with our midwife, too, I got a letter like right after DD came home from the NICU saying that they weren't going to cover any of our medical care from her birth b/c I never got a referral. Despite the fact that I asked them extensively about seeing this midwife practice and was only told they were in the network. I won the appeal, but seriously. Seems like that would count to me, though, I can't imagine they wouldn't cover meds if they cover IF.
