I eat oatmeal with berries every morning for breakfast. To save time when I go back to work next week I was thinking of making big batches, cooling it, adding berries and then freezing individual servings to pop in my work bag for when I get there. You can freeze oatmeal, can't you?

Re: This would work, right? NBR
you CAN but, I hate the consistency of even cooked, then put in the fridge and then re-warmed oatmeal.
Blah.
What about making it in the microwave at work.
You could pack a tupperware container, with some oats/berries. Add water, microwave and you are good.
I used to do this at work.

what about if you do the overnight soak method?
Then it is less cooking because I use these as well sometimes.
Happy Birthday, little man. We love you so much!
My favorite money saving tip: I've earned more than $300 in gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks, Southwest!) using SwagBucks for internet searching - and you can too! It's FREE and EASY!
Good to know that you keep it in the fridge for 5 days. I wasn't sure if it would get funky. I really only want to have to do it on Sunday nights and that's it
