NBR: 40 clove garlic chicken

Has anyone made this?  I have it cooking in the crockpot right now and I hope it's as good as it sounds.  Can't wait to try it this evening.  I got tired of peeling the cloves and only used around 30.  Stick out tongue  I made a ton of chicken, so I'm also brainstorming what to do with the leftovers.

    Be sure to post a review.  That recipe looks delicious!  What chicken parts did you use?  I'm wondering if you could use chicken breasts, or if it would dry out if you didn't use the whole pieces with skin.
