Suggestions for places to host 1st birthday...?

I live north of Boston, and I am trying to come up with a good location to host our son's 1st birthday party. We aren't trying to plan a huge event, but our home is not big enough to host something here. We'd love to do something outdoors where the kids can still play and run around. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks so much!!
