Can't decide if I should call the doctor

Contractions are normal for me to have and usually they wrap around starting from my back. This morning (yes I went to target trying to ignore this) my whole belly is really hurting and painful. It does come and go but it just doesn't feel like my normal contractions. I can't really sit or walk straight up either. So I dont' know if Bryce is in a weird position or if something else is going on. I hate calling the doctor b/c every time I go nothing shows up by the time I get in to see someone. And TMI I swear bryce is burying his head in my pelvic area.

Oh and I already took 2 tyelnol and drank 3 glasses of water int he last 20 mintues.
