My thoughts on diapers

I think I am in the minority here but I never cared what was on Cadence's diapers when she was a baby. There could have been a giant three-headed monster on the backside and a pink glitter unicorn on the front and I would not have cared. As long as that diaper contained the fury she could create and was reasonably priced I was good. Maybe I'm weird.

I never thought about it until Evie moved out of swaddlers because they are essentially white with just a little decor on them. It was the size 3 and up that made me mad. You can see all the design through her onesises and little dresses. I don't know why I care, but I do. Maybe I won't care with a boy.

i think we care b/c we get so many pictures of jax in his diaper. when he was born it was so hot that when we were at home we let him hang out in just his diaper. but we still took a ton of pictures. so we don't want pictures of him in girl-ish diapers...

I never cared because in dresses I just put a diaper cover over it.

I think we are just anti- cutesy characters. Of course it's unavoidable, but we're stave off as long as we can!

I'm with you, could care less...Darren has gotten the shaft again. He's had to wear Dora swimmies and girly leftover size 2s. He's in 3s right now and I think huggies work the best for him. Although for Doodle it was target brand at this size/stage.

I figured it was a boy girl thing because I could care less either becuase the diaper never showed through his clothes.

We don't care at all. As Myra said below, they're making messes in them and I don't even pay attention to what's on them. I doubt you're that much in the minority.

I could care less. I don't even pay attention to what is on them. And I have never had an issue with them showing through her clothes.

I really don't care with Gavin but I think it might bug me more with a girl. However, I will say that the minute I saw those blue/green dots in someones cubby at daycare I HAD to know the brand and when the mom told me Target, I think I did a little happy dance :-) I will totally admit that the first time I tried them was 100% b/c of that pattern and when I figured out how great they were, I was even more thrilled :-)

It never bothered me and we never had an issue with the diaper showing through her clothes. Honestly, I do not care what they look like as long as they work! The cheaper the better also, especially since we found the cheaper diapers to work just as well or better than the expensive ones.
